Generating a
Maintenance Schedule with Premier Maintenance is easy. You select a date range for creating the
schedule and press Generate.
All scheduled tasks that fall in the range of the schedule to be generated, will be included.
Tasks that
are performed multiple times per year, will be scheduled multiple times
fitting the date range and frequency.
Tasks with products will generate a
shopping list for the products needed for the scheduled maintenance
activities.
The Maintenance Action screen is used to
record status of tasks. Statuses included Purchased Products
(optional),
Completed Activity, and Cancelled Activity.
Schedules can be generated at any time. This
features allows schedules to be generated months before they are needed to
take advantage of sales.
